RED GELATIN


RED GELATIN is a buko substitute. A buko is a young coconut meat used in salad as a dessert.

GELATIN is used now as a buko substitute, its a seaweeds made into powder. It is nutritionally rich in calcium, iron, iodine and beta carotene or pro vitamin A. It is also high in fiber which is good for digestion.
